HI Constance! sounds like a cracking bash you had! Those scones although good, couldnt hold a torch up to yours indeed! The setting not quite as exotic either but they were pretty special in their own way.
Just scribbling some new blog stuff. I had a mooch round Japan which was amazing. I am just tryin to recollect!

You are having an absolute ball, but I want to know more about those scones you had. Bet they weren’t pumpkin scones and weren’t eaten by a sinister lookin’ lake. By the way what’s with the Mother’s Day ‘phone calls so early? Mother’s Day in good old Aussie land is on 10th May. I’m sure your oldies were pleased to hear from you tho’. We had the largest Easter gathering ever at 8 Miles Street, 18 -mostly young ones. 7 tents erected in the yard and the overflow in the house. It poured all week-end, but didn’t stop the fun. Of course the music was loud and clear and it was a constant filling up of eskies either with ice or grog. Got your email, thanks. Love Constance & Lilli

Your blog gets more and more interesting. However are you going to settle back in Hull? Great photos too. I must send you the photo of you, Estelle and me taken our Amity Club. It is a nice one for you to keep of your few days with the “oldies” in Paradise. Keep ‘em coming Mate, I love ‘em.
