Section XXV at XXX

With the legendary Section XXV about to celebrate their 30th anniversary with a gig at BEAT, Blackpool on June 20th 2008, we thought it appropriate to share the footage of an interview we did with Vin and Larry Cassidy back in March. Section XXV were often regarded as 'Shadowplayers' in the Factory family, giving way to Joy Division and A Certain Ratio who were favoured by Anthony Wilson.Ian Curtis was a big advocate of the band and with the recent 'best of' release 'Dirty Disco', the band have finally been rewarded with positive reviews in all the major music journals and an acknowledgement of their pivotal role in the evolution of Factory records.
